Here you will find Ludwig van Beethoven (1770-1827), Ferdinand von Zeppelin (1838-1917), and Johannes Brahms (1883-1897). Soon the question arises: what do these famous figures from times gone by have to do with walnuts, almonds, and hazelnuts? Visit us and find out! Every year, the special exhibitions are dedicated to particularly interesting artists or the diverse themes surrounding wood sculpture.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”8px”][vc_column_text]Whether it’s the chalet phenomenon, carved masks, children’s toys or portraits of the Huggler carving dynasty, Carl Binder from Brienz to Paris, Bernhard D\u00fcrig’s natural forms or comprehensive exhibitions about women, contemporary Swiss artists or Brienz woodcarving as an intangible cultural heritage, the themes are varied.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”8px”][vc_column_text]Constantly adding new aspects characterises both the collective and special exhibitions.
