The freezing girl

Time and again, the museum foundation receives valuable donations – thank you very much! Just recently, for example, the ‘Freezing Girl’, a moving sculpture created by Carl Binder at the beginning of the 20th century from pear wood, 43 cm high. It is described as ‘impressive!’ because it triggers genuine emotions of helplessness and compassion. The foundation also has the corresponding plaster figure.
